How quickly can home care start?

Usually within 24–72 hours. We begin with a friendly care assessment at home (free of charge), agree a personalised care plan, and match the right carer. For urgent specialist care (e.g., dementia or physical disabilities), we fast-track where safe and appropriate.

What support is included in home care services?

Flexible domiciliary care covering personal care, medication prompts, meal prep, mobility and transfers, companionship, housekeeping, and escorted appointments. Our healthcare at home can include more complex tasks where assessed as safe and within our competency.

Do you provide specialist care for dementia and physical disabilities?

Yes. Our specialist care services support dementia, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Carers receive targeted training and ongoing supervision so support is safe, dignified, and centred on the person’s routines and preferences.

How is care funded - can you help with NHS or local authority support?

We work with private self-funded clients and accept NHS-funded and local authority packages where applicable. We’ll explain options in plain English during your care assessment and provide clear pricing with no surprises.

Can we change the care plan or cancel visits?

Absolutely. Your care plan is flexible - adjust visit times, frequency, or tasks as needs change. Just contact our care team; we’ll update the schedule and keep everyone informed.
