I started in care when I was 18 as a carer and worked my way up to Assistant Manager. I am immensely proud to do the job I do as I passionately believe in making people smile and creating an environment where people are proud to be actively involved.
My role involves overseeing the rotas and working towards getting your call times exactly as you would like them. I will also help communicate your requirements to the carers so they are aware of how you would like things to be done.
In my spare time, I am very much a home bird spending quality time with my family. For this reason, I understand the importance that your home is a safe haven.SARAH HOMER
Human Resource and Business Manager (Lincoln & Brierley Hill Branches)
My role is to ensure the smooth running of the business, to work behind the scenes is to ensure that the best possible staff are appointed, trained, and given every opportunity possible to improve and develop themselves to enable them to give the best possible service to our clients.
As a Assessor & IV There is nothing more rewarding than giving someone a qualification when they lacked the confidence in their own abilities and showing them that anything is possible.
(Don’t hold this against me) but I also deal with the accounts and send out your invoices. I believe that you should get exactly what you pay for, and if there are any issues, I am approachable to discuss these and solve them effectively, efficiently, and fairly.
In my spare time I enjoy training at the gym and pushing the boundaries on what I can do physically, spending time with my family and my 2 dogs Molly & Luci Lou.
I am a supporter of Ford Napa Racing in British Touring Car Championships and enjoy attending the race meets and having a bit of friendly banter with my sister who is supporting the opposing team (Mandy)

My passion is to support and create a team of carers who all have the unique skills to deliver individualised and high-quality care. My main focus is providing training and guidance to carers to maintain staff retention and the well-being of the team which ultimately leads to increased service user experience and quality of life.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and as such passionately believe in promoting a positive work-life balance.MICHELLE HINTON
Carer Manager (Brierley Hill Branch)
I have been in care for around 24 years, most of that was in a nursing home, I felt like something was missing and going to work wasn’t as enjoyable as it’s always been, I decided to take a leap and go into Domiciliary Care. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, Looking after people in their own homes and getting them to keep there independence and watch them enjoy still being able to live in there own homes with support. I feel by allowing each person to have a choice on how they would like to be cared for is the best gift anyone could give someone
HATTIE GRANT
Care Coordinator (Lincoln Branch)
I began my career in care working in secure Mental Health facilities caring for vulnerable adults with challenging behaviour. I progressed into working in the community, as I wanted to work with a wide array of people with many different struggles and support them in leading the happiest, healthiest lives they can.
My goal is to mentally, emotionally, and physically support our service users in any way they need, catering my duties to each individual. I pride myself on being able to assess each service user's needs, treat everyone as the unique person that they are, and adapt my care accordingly.
I enjoy reading, spending time with my dog, going to the gym, and socialising with friends in my spare time.MANDY HOMER
Company Auditor (Lincoln & Brierley Hill Branch)
As an administrator I regularly check paperwork and the company management system that relates to the clients and report all finding to the relevant member of staff, this then prompted the current Managing Director (Lindsay) to promote me to being Auditor for both the Brierley Hill & Lincoln branches, this has now given me chance to us my old skills have worked previously in an Apprenticeship Company for 13 years where I had regular dealings with both OFSTED & The Skills Funding Agency (part of the Government). Lindsay has supported me and empowered me to do a qualification that I’ve wanted to do for many years, I have achieved this and am fully qualified in ISO9001.
I am a very quiet, private person who is happy to stay at home and surround myself with my partner and 1 son and 2 cats who we rescued after they were abandoned, and my immediate family.
I also enjoy going on holidays either abroad or staying in the UK, my hobby (or obsession some would say!) Is following The motor sport British Touring Car (BTCC) which I’ve followed for many years by either watching on TV or going to the local tracks Silverstone and Donnington Park, I support one manufacture (HONDA) and Team (ONE SPORT) more than the others, My Sister (Sarah) follows another team FORD Napa, so feathers fly between us when the season is in full swing.
