I am passionate about empowering individuals to remain independent while supporting our team to grow with confidence and professionalism. Transparency, honesty, and shared values guide everything we do. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness challenges and regularly fundraise for St Barnabas Hospice.

I began my career in community care in 2012, which has dramatically changed my views on life, and have progressed to Registered Manager, a role I find incredibly rewarding. I am proud to lead a dedicated team delivering life-changing care locally, with a strong focus on improving service user experience, family involvement, and staff development. Outside of work, I enjoy taking on fitness challenges to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice.

I began my career in care at 18 as a carer and progressed to Assistant Manager. I am passionate about creating positive experiences and an environment where everyone feels valued. I oversee rotas and work to ensure call times suit you, while clearly communicating your preferences to our carers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and understand how important home is as a safe haven.

I find the role rewarding as I support our carers to deliver truly individualised, high-quality care. My focus is on training, guidance, and staff wellbeing to strengthen retention and enhance service user experience. Outside of work, I value time with family and promote a healthy work-life balance.

I support the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, ensuring our team is carefully recruited, well trained, and given opportunities to develop so they can deliver outstanding care. As an Assessor and Internal Verifier, I enjoy helping others gain qualifications and confidence. I also manage accounts and invoices, always working fairly and transparently. Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, family time, and motorsport.

With a background that began in the RAF, I bring strong values, discipline, and experience to my role as Client Manager. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and spending time with my dog and friends.
