Meet the Team

With a nursing background across diverse care settings, I founded LJM Homecare Lincoln in 2014 to deliver reliable, person-centred care within the home. I am passionate about empowering individuals to remain independent while supporting our team to grow with confidence and professionalism. Transparency, honesty, and shared values guide everything we do. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness challenges and regularly fundraise for St Barnabas Hospice.

I began my career in community care in 2012, which has dramatically changed my views on life, and have progressed to Registered Manager, a role I find incredibly rewarding. I am proud to lead a dedicated team delivering life-changing care locally, with a strong focus on improving service user experience, family involvement, and staff development. Outside of work, I enjoy taking on fitness challenges to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice.

I began my career in care at 18 as a carer and progressed to Assistant Manager. I am passionate about creating positive experiences and an environment where everyone feels valued. I oversee rotas and work to ensure call times suit you, while clearly communicating your preferences to our carers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and understand how important home is as a safe haven.

I began my career as a support worker for young adults with learning difficulties and have progressed to Care Manager. I find the role rewarding as I support our carers to deliver truly individualised, high-quality care. My focus is on training, guidance, and staff wellbeing to strengthen retention and enhance service user experience. Outside of work, I value time with family and promote a healthy work-life balance.

I support the smooth running of the business behind the scenes, ensuring our team is carefully recruited, well trained, and given opportunities to develop so they can deliver outstanding care. As an Assessor and Internal Verifier, I enjoy helping others gain qualifications and confidence. I also manage accounts and invoices, always working fairly and transparently. Outside of work, I enjoy the gym, family time, and motorsport.

Since joining LJM, I have focused on putting our clients first and delivering care that truly makes a difference. With a background that began in the RAF, I bring strong values, discipline, and experience to my role as Client Manager. I believe in listening carefully to understand individual needs and am proud to be part of a team that values both clients and staff. Outside work, I enjoy family time, sport, and a good challenge.

I began my career in secure mental health settings supporting vulnerable adults, before moving into community care to work with a wider range of individuals. I focus on delivering personalised support that promotes mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. I take pride in understanding each person’s unique needs and adapting care accordingly. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and spending time with my dog and friends.

I joined LJM Care in 2022 and progressed to Senior Carer through my passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred support. I am committed to promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing in everything I do. I enjoy supporting both our service users and my colleagues to maintain high standards of care. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
